How long does it take to make the prescription glasses?
We order each prescription lens from the supplier upon purchase. We ask on average about 7-10days for the prescription glasses to be ready for pick up. 2weeks at maximum depending on the type of lens.
Can I bring in eyewear that I already own for repair or lens exchange?
You are welcomed to bring in any eyewear that is previously owned for repairs and lens exchanges.
We will make the final decision on if service is possible when we see the frame and its conditions first hand.
Which brand is the prescription lenses by?
For the list of lens suppliers we order from, please click on this link. If there are preferences with any particular brand within the list, we will accommodate to the request as much as possible.
Can the eyewear be shipped to my home abroad?
We only accept domestic delivery requests within Japan. We are unable to accommodate to international delivery due to accountability reasons.
